Payment Policy
We accept credit card payment for new accounts through the
PayPal system. Renewal payments may be made either
electronically by clicking on your invoice payment link,
or with Personal, Company or Cashier checks, and Money
Orders.
Billing Policy
Except by special arrangement, account billing is now done
entirely via e-mailed invoice. Due dates will be calculated
based upon the account anniversary date, and invoices will
be sent 10 to 14 days in advance. Accounts 30 days past
due will be suspended until payment becomes current.
Thirty Day Evaluation Period
A
thirty day evaluation period begins when you are notified
by e-mail that your account is set up and ready to accept
ftp uploading of files. If at any time during this thirty
day period you become dissatisfied with our service we will
assist you in every way to complete the transfer of your
domain to another provider and provide a prompt refund.
Unlimited Bandwidth / Traffic
Unlimited means we do not impose artificial limits upon
reasonable web traffic. We allow the normal serving of HTML
documents and related sound, Java, audio, graphic and video
files, CGI scripts, and parsing of SSI (shtml) documents.
Unlimited does not mean the down-loading of extensive graphic
or software repositories, chat rooms, or any activity which
interrupts or degrades service to our other clients.
We reserve the right to discontinue service to any account
found to be regularly abusing system resources.
Illegal Activity
Use of SitePlus in the commission or promotion of illegal
activities of any kind, including unauthorized use (or
attempted unauthorized use) of SitePlus machines or other
machines on the Internet, forging header information or
user identification information, and software piracy is
prohibited. For more information

E-mail
Sending harassing or mass
unsolicited e-mail is prohibited. Forging header information
in e-mail is prohibited. Use of programs such as mflash or
storage of such programs on SitePlus servers is prohibited.

Public HTML Documents
Pages containing copyrighted material, hate material,
pornography, nude images, or other 'adult' material may
not be stored on SitePlus web servers. This also includes
links to such material.Use of text or images created by
others without their permission is copyright infringement
and is prohibited.
File Storage and Transfer
Storing, transferring, or allowing to be
transferred (this includes FTP and the Web) any
internal SitePlus file that is not located in the
user's own directory structure and owned by the
user is prohibited. This includes but is not
limited to sending via ftp, allowing outside
access to, mailing, or otherwise giving access to
any file that is not owned by the user.
Hacking
Any program, utility, or file that can be used to
allow unauthorized access or gain unauthorized
information about a computer, network, or file is
prohibited. Storage of these archived programs,
software, utilities, or files in an archived
format and only for personal use or down-load is
acceptable. Removing such files from their
archived or compressed state, attempts to run
and/or attempting to compile or use such software
is prohibited.
